BLACK OCEAN is created to resolve the major African cinema problem which is that there is no pan African film production studio that is able to accompany the filmmakers with their projects from the development stage to sales and distribution.

BLACK OCEAN’s mission is to promote and support an African and Afro-European perspective in films developed by filmmakers of the continent and the diasporas.
